It has been awhile since I typed in these pages. I have no idea if anyone still gets an update to a new posting or if anyone even reads these old ones? I have some news and it pertains to the years I was the Superintendent at Mink so I thought I would post it here just in case anyone might want to see it.
I was awarded the 2021 GCSAA (Golf Course Superintendents Association of America) Presidents Award for Environmental Stewardship.
There is an article in the monthly magazine GCM (Golf Course Management) covering the award. The photographer who did the shoot lives on MV. The author surprised me by putting me on the cover. There is a link to the full magazine below and also pictures of just the article.
